How to choose steam heating and electric heating for brewery?

Electric Heating

1.    electric is nearly 100% efficient,

3.    brewing with electric is quite safe , no worries about gas lines, leaks, etc

4.    brewing with electric is whisper quiet in comparison

In general, Electric is most for small commercial systems (100L to 1000L), and steam heat is most for larger systems.
