Structure

The grape rooting crusher is mainly composed of the following parts:

Feeder: spiral feeding is adopted to push the grapes evenly.

Destemming drum: the stemming fork is installed inside to separate the fruit and stems by rotation.

Destemming screen: with spiral blades, used to break up the fruit and stems.

Crushing device: composed of two pairs of meshing toothed rollers, used to crush the fruit.

Power and transmission device: drives the stemming drum and crushing device.

Frame: supports the entire equipment.

Working principle

Feeding process: the grapes with stems are evenly pushed into the stemming drum through the feeder.

Destemming process: when the stemming drum rotates, the stemming fork rotates at high speed in the same direction, 

and the blades disperse the fruit to separate the fruit from the stem. The fruit stems are pushed to the outlet and discharged out of the machine, 

and the fruit falls into the crushing device from the round holes on the wall of the stemming drum.

‌Crushing process ‌: The fruit is squeezed and crushed by the meshing toothed rollers, and then output after entering the jam pump.
